The 30-day window

You can return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. This sits on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them.

• The board must be unmarked — a board with dart holes in it has been used and cannot be resold
• Keep the box and any surround packaging; returns without it may be refunded at a reduced rate
• Accessories must be unopened where they were sealed

What we cannot take back

• Dartboards that have been thrown at, however briefly
• Opened packs of flights, stems, points or soft tips, for hygiene and resale reasons
• Custom-printed boards made to your own design
• Anything damaged by incorrect mounting or by being stored somewhere damp

How to return something

Return postage is at your own cost for a change of mind. If the item was faulty, damaged in transit or simply not what you ordered, we cover the postage and send you a prepaid label.

• Email hello@sportsborders.co.uk with your order reference and what you would like to send back
• We will reply with a returns address and a reference number within one working day
• Pack it in the original box, write the reference on the outside, and send it with a tracked service
• Keep your proof of postage until the refund lands

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, the refund goes back to the card you paid with. Stripe processes it, and it usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. We refund the original delivery charge too where the item was faulty or wrongly sent.

Faulty items

Manufacturing faults are covered for 12 months from delivery. Wear from normal play is not a fault — a board that has flattened out in the treble 20 after a year of heavy practice has done its job. If you are unsure which you have, send us a photograph and we will tell you honestly.
